It’s a car journey through the city, a projection on the move. For only one spectator at a time.

Drive_IN #5 (Milano) is a site-specific project, devised especially for Uovo performing arts festival and for Milan. It’s a car journey through the city, a projection on the move for only one spectator at a time. Drive_IN is an un-shot video. A film which develops on the road. It’s the same scene shot during the course of a night, which is re-born and dies constantly, set in a landscape which allows the person going through it to reclaim the role of looking. The young collective Strasse works on urban landscapes, viewing it as a scenic space, container and producer of possible signs and times. Their poetics is based on the intersection and fusion between the language of theatre and the language of cinema. Drive_IN is the first output of this research.
